Appointment Times

Other weekday appointments may be arranged if necessary.

Visits can be made to Home, School, Nursery or Sport’s Club or to our private treatment room (located approx 6 miles North East of Derby).

All children will need to be accompanied by an adult with parental responsibility for their initial assessment.

Consultation is by appointment only.

Fees 

Initial Assessment and Advice: £40 (approx 1 hour).
Follow-up Treatment Sessions: £30 (approx 40 mins), £40 (approx 1 hour).
Travel to Visits: 30p per mile. There is no charge for travel time.
Equipment/Orthotics: Provided (if necessary) for individual home use at cost price, payable upon ordering.

If you are unable to attend an appointment, please give 24 hours notice, otherwise the appointment fee may be incurred.

Payment Terms

Pay as you go, cash or cheques accepted. Please note we are unable to accept payment by credit/debit card.

Medical Insurance  

Lorna Taylor is recognised as a medical provider with the main health insurance companies, allowing charges to be claimed directly from the insurer. Authorisation will need to be obtained before commencing treatment and your child’s policy and authorisation numbers will be required. Please check the conditions of your policy before attending.
